Mr. Kimyagarov is co-founder and Managing Partner of Integra Real Estate Capital, LLC. He is a seasoned commercial real estate finance professional with over 18 years experience in the industry. He entered the real estate finance arena in 2003 as a commercial real estate mortgage broker at a prominent finance and advisory firm in New York City.  His career began in originating and underwriting commercial loans for stabilized and transitional properties.

With a unique understanding of the capital markets industry, Mr. Kimyagarov has prudently guided private and institutional clients with their capital sourcing needs for acquisitions and ground-up development projects. His ability to swiftly analyze transactional economics, underwrite cash flows and procure customized debt and equity solutions has led him to achieve the most aggressive financing terms for his clients. After ten years of specializing in procuring and closing commercial mortgage loans, Mr. Kimyagarov co-founded Integra Real Estate Capital, LLC with partner Igor Goldenberg 2013.

Mr. Kimyagarov continues to advise clients on a wide range of debt structures. He brings indispensable long-standing relationships with all major real estate capital providers, including life-insurance companies, Wall St. conduits, domestic and foreign banks, REITs and hedge funds.

Igor Goldenberg is co-founder and Managing Partner of Integra Real Estate Capital, where he is focused on originating and executing debt and equity placement for all asset classes nationwide. He began his career in mortgage banking in 2003. Mr. Goldenberg possesses a deep and diverse background  in commercial real estate construction and bridge financing.

Over the years, he has facilitated and successfully arranged financing for complex multi-residential towers and condominium sites in New York City and New Jersey. His hands-on approach to every transaction and attention to detail has earned him the reputation as one of the most sought after real estate professionals in commercial real estate industry. He is also well-versed in the capital markets arena where he continues to foster new lender relationships with Wall St. conduits, debt funds and national balance sheet lenders.

Debbie is a Senior Financial Analyst at Integra Real Estate Capital where she is focused on financial analysis, due diligence and underwriting real estate equity and debt transactions for all property types. With over 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Ms. Collins previously held positions at a private equity firm and a New York City REIT.

Adam Stevens is engaged in transaction sourcing, structuring and execution of debt and equity financing. He has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance industry, working for several premier mortgage banking firms. During his successful career, Mr. Stevens has played an intricate part in securing mortgage financing for many prominent New York City owners and investors.

He has tremendous experience in dealing with all commercial real estate asset types and has been an active player at every level of the capital stack. His experience includes competitive non-recourse financing for stabilized and transitional properties, complex repositioning transactions and value-add analysis.

Along with his partners and associates at Integra, Mr. Stevens continues to navigate clients through an ever-changing lending landscape. He has been an essential ally and counsel to all real estate owners alike.
